Terms And Conditions

Kinko & Co Terms and Conditions apply to any booking made with Kinko & Co.
By making a booking with Kinko & Co, it is assumed that the Client has read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations and changes must be received at least 7 days before the agreed event date. Failure to cancel or make changes at least 7 days before the agreed event date will result in the loss of any deposits made.

Our Entertainers will require a small secure private area to change into and out of costume, and to temporarily store any associated equipment required for the event.

Please ensure a parking spot is allocated as close as possible to your event venue.
If the venue has no free/street parking we will need to be covered for any parking charges.

Our Entertainers will not perform under any circumstances in wet weather conditions (rain), unless suitable shelter is available.

The Entertainer is restricted to a maximum performance or apperance time of 30 minutes, as the internal temperature of the mascot costume gets very hot when performing.

For any events that require more than one 30 minute performance (apperance), the Entertainer will require a 20 to 30 minute break to cool down and rehydrate.

Our Mascot Entertainers are required to be accompanied by a chaperone at all times, as arranged by Kinko & Co.

Kinko & Co requires the Client to provide at least 1 sober responsible adult to be present throughout the duration of any childrens events. They will remain liable for the safety of all children throughout the duration of the event.

The Client is responsible for all children attending any childrens events and must ensure they behave in the proper manner at all times. In the event of a child behaving in an unacceptable manner as determined by Kinko & Co, or the Entertainer/s, The Entertainer may cancel their performance in the event.

Our Entertainers are there to entertain and should not be at any point used as baby sitters. The children and their safety remain the responsibility of the Client throughout the event.

Our Entertainers will not participate in any events or parties of a sexual nature, or tolerate any sexual discrimination or abuse. Legal action will be taken against all person(s) involved.

Our Entertainers will not tolerate any physical or verbal abuse of any kind, and have the right to cancel the performance if they fear for their own saftey.

The client will be liable for any damages caused to the mascot costumes due to any deliberate or malicious acts inflicted on our entertainers and/or costumes.

Pulling on any part of the mascot costume, in particular the Tail, Ears and Paws, will not be tolerated and may result in the Entertainer cancelling their performance in the event.

Kinko & Co, and the Entertainer/s shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss of property during the event howsoever caused.
